Bit of an odd phone call today

Some lass phones up asking to take her clothes off and to get you to take some snaps and you turn her down. Should I be worried, do I need to call an ambulance?

But i couldnt really understand what she was saying and as ridg mentioned i dont even know what she looks like, not being funny but don't want any monster snaps

True. Ridg makes a massive point. Get that in first then make a judgement call

yeah and you retain the copyright too

but isnt that the point of the model release form to make sure or I guess some want the copyright

well my understanding is this, if a model asks you to do the shoot and pays you, she's paying for your time and the copyright; if you contact a model for a shoot and pay them, you retain the copyright.

It will come down to your release form, which is probable something you might want to look into

it would have made more sense if your colleague had said 'good on the phone, add two stone'

btw - i agree very much with Nicks comments... don't cut off your nose to spite your face... if you are sitting about at home scratching your arse like you were when you too the call then you might as well be snapping if that is what you want to do
