Well the dealer said it may need a re-gas but i refuse to pay £85 at the dealers for it, so if it does need one I will go to this garage where I know the guys and they will do a whole system clean and re-gas for cheaper than the dealers.

The weird thing is the smell is worse when the air con is off and when the temp is set ti high so that makes me think it has nothing to do with the air con?
Mrk V, GTI, 3dr, DSG, heated seats, winter pack, cruise control, rear parking sensors and now thanks to GizzyWizzy and SteveP in the MK6 section a RCD 510. Awesome!

Yeah that is weird, i've only had my car a week so i can't offer my advice on that one, and it has been pretty hot since i got the car so i've only had it on LO.

I would suggest taking to a mate who will clean the whole system and re-charge the gas, hopefully this will sort it for you. Think i'll try a re-gas and a filter change and see how i get on

I have DSG paddle extensions in Carbon Fibre. I bought them from the TT Shop (also known as TT roadsport). They are made by TID styling.
