Right then people need some info.
On my 5 door gti (89) i am not putting the gti arch's back on. I was going to put on CL rear arch trims to stop stone chips and to go with my door trims.
When i was stripping the car i found the rear doors wanted replacing. I know have 2 rear doors to put on but they are the later spec without the holes for the trim. I also have a new set of front wings again without the holes for the trim. Now i am thinking of welding up the holes in the front doors to match as the car is having a full respray anyway.
What i want to know is (finally gets round to the question after a full esay?
) do the small rear arch trims fit in the same holes as the bigger CL ones.
This is what i have at the moment.
Do thesesmaller trims fit in the same holes?
