VAGCOM help
« on: 21 May 2010, 16:00 »
Hey guys. Currently running a cracked version of Vagcom 311.2. I seem to be having problems the measuring blocks. With the old engine I was shown the tolerances but on the new engine I can only see the figures, no more tolerances. If I test for OBD 2 compatibility (which it should be being a 97 ABF) is says it's not compatible. Does anyone know how to sort this out? I'd love to have a newer version too, so I can do acceleration tests and have more up to date figures and smoother operation, anyone know how to crack a later version?

Possibly because it's a converted to abf?
Passat B5.5 2.3 V5 170, with all the extras.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

Well it was the same while the car was still unmolested.
