depending on how deep these scratches are you will only mask them for a while by filling them with a wax, srp will proberly the best product for filling,
id suggest polishing to completely remove them(depth dependant) then glaze and wax or glaze sealant then wax,your choice though mate

As Dan says, SRP is a good filler polish, along with Poorboy's White Diamond and Black Hole.
As for a wax, depends on your budget really?
