The wait is over!

Took some pics when I picked up in showroom...nice touch that it was inside for checking it over. So glad now that I went for carbon grey...and the leather inside is a lovely matt soft finish...just glorious!!!!

Trying very hard not to floor it each time I take it out

Haven't stopped smiling

Looks great mate..... what a nice new toy!!

I really like the Carbon Grey. If I was ordering another GTI tomorrow that's the colour I'd go for.

Well enjoy and take it easy.

Went to park it today and looked for a space with no one else around it....parked but didn't notice the kerb in front was a bit higher than the underside then heard a scrape argh!.....luckily nothing noticable though...phew

I noticed the front has a long overhang and is very low too. I court mine putting it on my 4post ramp. Even the mk1 when it was 50mm lowered many years ago (now oem height) did not catch, so i was a bit  when the mk6 touched.
