MKV golf + BBS alloys = WIN!

It'll be fine.
MKV GTI | Reflex Silver | 5-dr | Anthracite 17" | Manual | Highline MFD | Cruise | Revision 'D' DV | Dirty Pipes |

The GTD is like a blow up doll. The GTI is like a proper woman. Sure the doll might last longer, and the woman might have higher running costs, but which would you rather have?

17" look to small on the LM Style imho , so want to make sure the 18" look good before I order

Your in luck my friend. I have 18'' BBS LMs on mine.

If you have the money I STRONGLY suggest you get the 19s as the 18s look "smaller" as its double dish (so the spokes dont go all the way to the endge of the wheel giving the impression they are smaller). The cost of the wheels isnt that more, but if you want some good rubber (which you should) the extra cost of the 19'' rubber forced my hand in getting the 18s.

Soz I havent really got that many good pics of them, but these will do.

I'd second that, now I've seen it.. 19" look better.

I couldn't remember if it was you, Alan, that had these wheels or not.  :undecided:

I like the 18", I think the 19" would compromise the comfort even more maybe?

If you can feel the diffrence then by all means, I really dont think it makes that much diffrence. I cant tell any diffrence between these and the 17s I had on before. I think this whole "bigger wheels are harsher" thing is blown out of proportion. Yes it makes a small diffrence but I wouldnt not get 19s because of it.

All down to what you want at the end of the day.

Edition 30 has BBS CHs so you can get a rough idea from pics of that.

Heres a standard GTI with what looks like 19s. 18 CHs would be better.
