I told you didn't I dave. Get some more 60mm rear springs mate. Dampers are fine I would think. Then see how it sits. And if its still lower on back save for coillies and as I would say slam it.

ended up using the koni dampers with mk3 rear springs with one coil cut off!

dont know how it will handle as there's thick snow everywhere at the minute

Its not that much of a bodge kai- no zip ties, bunjie straps or rape tape used.

I did have a bit of a play in the snow but not enough to know if the back end will stick or not.

Coilies will be on hold till after christmas.

Good plan that. So what made you cut a coil of mk3 springs and put them on the mk2 surely the sagged suspension would be better still. And did you get your new wheels on??

I used mk3 springs as i had them laying around, as you do (they do have their uses i guess) but they were way longer than the eibach springs - it would have sat really high at the rear.

Wheels are not with me yet. Hopefully by the end of the week. Starting to think about putting the twists back on with the rear 'sorted'. Less sag may mean no scrubbing. If that is the case i might have some cheap boxster wheels to sell!
