Well the suspension you have now is out of the track isnt it? When i was driving the track i though it was incredible handling, dont think i have been in much that has been able to stick to the road like it did  Not been in yours yet, can i have a go??? You know i will let you have a play in mine.

Get your cam reprofiled then. That's what mines had makes the lobes have a bit of a slope so the valves stay open longer and don't close as sharp. And okay I'll drive your car and have a see. Then I'll go with the verdict. :)

Feel free to have a drive.  I don't think it'll be as fun as yours.

How do i know what spec to have the cam cut to? Who would do it?

I'll let youy drive neg then you can also compare and I'm not sure who can but less than mine as it ticks over at 1600 rpm just to keep it going. If you only have them cut 3 degrees each side the lobe will be nicly shaped but I as I said I don't know who could do it for you round these parts. Scott might know some one

the guy who wants to do my headwork did his own cam in his motorbike. he says it took him about 8 hours on one lobe. then you have to get them rehardened apparently.

What about that place next to Julians, think it is called Collinwoods, they do head skimming and all sorts of machine work like that. Remeber from when i did that blokes alloys who worked there telling me they do all that sort of stuff. Maybe worth popping in sometime?
