There is a mk6 I pass now and then, candy white tdi with blacked out rear light, halfords alloys and a MASSIVE black sunstrip with GOLF TDI in white across it. It's a 2009 car and it was in pretty poor shape last time I saw it

To have the common sense to buy a decent car and then ruin it is beyond me. Panic modifications is what that is, at least the sun strip didnt have his name on the drivers side and a question mark on the other!
