See those blue plastic rings between the springs? What are they? Do you have to take them off or leave them?  :rolleyes:

leave them on mate.

and watch those rubber bump stops in the bigger spring , as two of mine got shredded.  so got some of the new jamex bumpstops that are harder texture and wont spilt.

They are fitted now, although very little drop...40/20  :rolleyes: Can't go any lower, because arch work will be required, but even now the splitter sometimes catches on the speedbumps, and I have to go sideways  over them  :undecided:

For some reason the rear springs rub? WTF?
