Anyone used "off your marks" near warrington?
« on: 06 May 2010, 15:57 »
Hi.

In a bit of a pickle with my 1 month old mk6 GTI, dumb I know but took it to a imo drive thru and now have noticed some very fine scratches \ swirls  on the doors etc when bright sun hits the car.

Looking at taking it to a details for paint correction and some TLC (learnt my lesson!).

Noticed that there's someone in the north called "off your marks" by Warrington. web site looks good with nice top end cars etc etc, and apparently they have a proper shop (thought it odd in that case they had a mobile as the main contact number, but that could be me being paranoid!)

Anyone advise what they're like \ or recommendations?

Off Your Marks are probably one of the best detailers in the UK!

They use to be based near me but have now moved. I have never visited their current shop but when they were near me, they shared a unit with Monza Car Care.

If you do give you car to him, rest assured it will be in very capable hands.

Have a read through the link below, I was there the morning before the photo shoot, stunning car

You only ever need two tools in life. If it moves and it shouldn't use Duct Tape. If it does not move and it should, use WD40.

Ah cool thanks guys - first time ever used a detailer so really appreciate the feedback on them.
Also will be the last time I take new pride & joy to a auto car wash (two buckets, some good direction etc, here I come!)
