Right then the modifications to the actual module are complete, I've added a terminal in which allows the switch to dim with the rest of the lights and also swapped one of the green SMDs in the switch for a red one. Hopefully it will all work lol

More soldering needs to be done though, I want to put the light sensor in the demister vent which should be fun...

Nice one mate did you take any pictures at all ? Id like to have a rough idea what ive got to do to do the above rather than go in blind lol my switch arrived yesterday its not actually chrome ? Well not compared to what my handles were anyway and theres a extremely tiny defect in the outa bit but hopefully it wont be noticeable :/

Lol just messing with ya mate, il be tackling mine on the 27th I think as I have a couple of days off after xmas

Not done anything over the holidays as I'm enjoying the time off with the family and I'm also still waiting for the insurance to get in contact with regards to the repairs.

I did however buy myself some brand new rear calipers so they will be prepped up and painted as soon as they arrive.

My rear beam is now up at my parents so next time I'm up there I'll get it painted, then all I need is the rear wheel bearings and I can get the whole lot fitted on the car and finally have some progress on it.

I've started sanding my net optic handles which are coming along slowly, I'm just doing them whenever I go into the shed which isn't that often lol

I'm also looking to get myself up to see Niki and finally get it mapped in February some time

and I've just fitted my auto headlights; a quick vid of the headlights turning on and off



I'm still confused about the whole coming/leaving home functions but I'll leave that for another day when it's not belting it down with rain

Headlight kit looks good

There seemed like a long delay before the lights went off again, I've no idea if that's normal or not because I've never had a car fancy enough to have auto lights
