Been meaning to post pictures up for time!!!

First got it back in november 2008

And this is what looked like (hasn't changed much)

Its a gti 16v.

Brought for £1000 off ebay

With 135000 on the clock and full service history.

Coming from a fiesta mk3 1.8 16v the golf felt alot quicker!!

VR6 time, wanted to change the chains but didnt have any money so took a look at the guides and they seemed fine, and looked up the signle chain engines wear the guides alot slower than the original dual chain OBD1. So decided to keep the chains on along with the original clutch and replace both later on in the year   :undecided:

VR6 money

A few more pics.

After connecting vagcom to the car and realising it wont communicate with my immob box or my engine ecu, i found out that my immob box was a fault, so got a new one and it works perfectly
