Think i'm gonna start with the downpipe first then see how I get on.

Does the downpipe change the sound at all? Sorry if that is a really dumb question it's just I don;t know the answer to it

Yes it does - you'll get like a whistling owl sound as you let of the accelerator.  Sounds annoying but I think it sounds pretty cool

Mine doesn't do that and we are running the exact same set up(ish)

Weird - mine isn't as noisy as Steve's mind! And since having the turbo cleaned its less pronounced

I got a full milltek and get a loud whistle

with a full system how much can you hear the turbo spool up? i'm guessing that the owl sound you're talking about?

Steve so your system is the loud option?
Miltek front to back and no other company parts used?

Mine's called a mid-sport

Or just get a Milltek system

If you go custom they'll have a range of silences, back boxes etc which will give you the sound you're after
