hi,ive just bought a 90bhp tdi and ive put a pannel filter in gave it a full service and got it booked in for a map on friday.was just woundering what else i can do to give it a little more.ive been thinkin of a exhaust and bigger down pipe,do these make much difference any help would be nice ,thanks kurt :smiley:

some sets on ebay go for 50-70 pounds

its like having a remap without a remap

the 90 and 110 have the same engines, same map, same timing, just different turbos

so its just a straight swap ? i ve got a 90 Beast lol would it make it more nippy off the mark etc  ?

been running the 110 injectors for a few weeks now

car runs better, no extra smoke as far as i can see

overtaking is definitely doable now

similar mpg as well

and no, you dont need a remap, if you fit bigger injectors then yes you need a remap

remember diesels run lean in the first place

what injectors can i put into mine? and can i fit the 110 turbo then to make it sort of a 110???
