Ive always found it a little slow joining lobbies. Just something u have to put up with.

I've also been finding slot of people leaving games. Probably as they are getting their ass kicked!

Anyone else on Sky having very hit and miss connection issues?

I can play the game fine (usually) although my connection just seems to fluctuate between good, mediocre, crap, crappier. Mostly the last 3. Then again it doesn't seem to affect how I play, can still run around without lag, not all of my bullets register, but it's do-able.

Done port forwarding, and rebooted the router more times than I care to remember.

suggestions. Changing ISP is not an option.

I wouldn't change ISP Slick as Sky are very good, although I am stumped on what your connection problems could be. Have you done some tests on your computer to make sure you're getting a good ping?

as shady said slick Ping test on ya pc

if thats iffy then its router / cabling issues

Both jonny boy and I are 200 yards apart on the married patch on a CRAP broadband connection ( less than a mega )yet are always on 3 or 4 green bars so you have an issue somewhere

is the actual b/band provided  good. ?

Aye, done as many checks as I can think of. It doesn't affect anything else to my knowledge, will be giving forza a crack tonight and see what happens there. Also downloaded a couple of things last night at 900kb/s + so I know the speed is there...

Various topics about it are on the net, but no one seems to have found or know the reason. :undecided:
