So you feel that the Dunlops are reasonably quiet even on rough tarmac?
There's two Dunlops Sportmaxx's out there now and they are different, so be careful when reading people's comments.
The standard ones came as OEM on the Mk 5 R32 and have not had great reviews, particularly as they get down to the last 4mm or less. Mine got very nosiy and wore unevenly across the tread.
The new GT ones that come on the new MK 6 R - these seem a lot better in all respects from both reviews and reports. So far I've found them to be excellent but reserve judgement until they've worn down to 4mm or less.
