I've done as much research as i can through the search!

I've made my mind up that im not going to uprate it!

I phoned TPS and their price was £156 for clutch plate/cover & £56 for release bearing +VAT

I'm not sure if the one from ECP comes with the release bearing?

I don't have much clue about clutch's, all my knowledge is through this site, so any help would be great!
