can u put nos on a mk3 gti 16v straight?

hi there all

first sorry if im in the wrong forum!

but had this question that had been bugging me on my mind for sometime now and just wanted to know if anyone can help me.

i own a mint mk3 golf gti 2.0 16v on a L plater 1994
the engine has only done 77,000 and has a full VW service history it drives great but want to increase the power without breaking the bank!

i have seriously consider adding NOS to the engine and see if its any good so was wondering can i fit it straight to my engine or would have to do serious mods first?

Nope, no mods required to fit NOS to your motor, providing you are sensible with what you install.....

Just take it easy, don't go bunging 100bhp through your engine just yet
