It's the hill stop update im annoyed about

DSG gearboxes have Hill Hold. Manual gearboxes have to option it. It is not an expensive option (£73.91 + VAT - old price) which I am sure will be available as a retro-fit from KUFATEC eventually.

When I got my GTI, I dont think that was an option to select at the time.

so does this mean that we can then get proper left hand drive VW LED lights and also the connectors (as didn't the guys who bought them so far need to make the connectors themselves?)

Bit pants that even up to mid April VW customer services were still saying there was no plans at all for LED lights in the UK - even as an option, but guess there has to be a cut over at some time!

All the retrofit guys have gone for the R ones anyway - which look much better with the darker glass.

VW generally don't raise their prices for a Model Year change if I remember correctly - but it will be added on at some point.
You'll probably find the LED lights are cheaper to make anyway.
Golf R... 3 door, DSG, Leather, Reflex Silver, Black 19" Talladega Wheels, ACC, Parking Sensors, RNS510 with Dynaudio, Reverse Camera, Luxury Pack, Cruise Control & Fiscon Bluetooth.
