NCB Question

This might sound daft, but I just wanted clarification.

Does my NCB count for the whole FIRST YEAR under insurance, or the FIRST YEAR driving with a Full Licence with the Insurance Company.

The reason I ask is because I was insured, my policy, my car as a learner, and was wondering if that 4 month period counted towards my first years NCB

You start earning ncb from the day your insurance starts, licence should make no difference.

you build up NCB from the date you take insurance whether its on a provisional or full uk

aye, my daughter insured her car from the day she bought it, then failed her test 4 times.

by the time she finally passed she had had insurnace for 11 months so after a month of a full licence she had a years NCB  :cool:
