lol, couldnt get this picture to upload! so here is a link! hope this helps, more important than the looks, the handling has improved drastically :smiley:

I do intend fitting coilovers when i can, but the eibachs springs will do for now :smiley:

Current jealous-o-meter reading: 10/10  :tongue:

I woulda thought that 30-35mm would be fine...I had my mk2 sat 40mm and my mk3 and both were fine with that...the mk5 does fill the arches better than both of those as standard so if it's not for handling improvements and purely looks,coilovers would help you get the stance you want.

If the speed bumps are not the full width of the road, appraoch slowly and ease up just one side of the car that way themiddle won't be in contact

You missed the point of the post...I'm saying my previous cars were good un low. Mk5 sits lower as standard anyway but in none of my cars have I had an issue. That's why I was saying go te coilovers route if it is looks rather than comfort compromise that you are after

ya lol i didnt get it this early in the morning. i m not quite sure though . I cant really afford coilovers
