Hi all.

Can anyone from the Aberdeen area recommend a good garage to get your car serviced?

Have used main dealer previously but the prices are sky high!!

There are two VW indie garages in Aberdeen, the Volks Centre out at Kingswells and Bavarian Auto Works in Hutcheon Street.

Haven't used either so can't comment on prices or quality of service, but Specialist Cars will price match against a written quote.

Aberdeen Volks centre gets the thumbs up from me, bavaria thumbs down.

I found that speccys was actually cheaper for servicing (mostly due to the deals they were doing at the time) than volks centre so worth shopping around, and as said they will price match.  I use volks centre for general repairs etc and they are spot on.  Half the labour rate of speccy's too...
