I currently have the GT sports grille but i would lyk to change to the honeycombe GTi grilles Is it hard to do?

The GTI honeycomb grills will swap in directly. Takes maybe 5 minutes

Ive got the lower honey comb grilles if you wanna do a straight swap you would just need the top main grill then.
