Keith, I only started the thread as a bit of fun. If you saw a Mk 6, would you be intrigued if it was someone on here....? It was only a social suggestion.
To be honest, other than the usual Mk6 company cars, I haven't seen as many Mk6's than any other Golf mark.

Side by side and following a 4 door, Steel Grey '10' Plate Mk6 GTi with 17" wheels and LED tail lights from Shepherd's Bush to Goldhawk Road at approximately 6.30pm today. Gave each other a thumbs up at traffic lights. Immaculate condition and very clean. Looked beautiful. The driver, a white young man, on his own, was reading a map so obviously did not have Sat Nav.
Anybody we know?
Own up. :wink:

I see this Black 5 Dr GTI (same as mine) going the towards MK on and new A421 bypass most evenings. He can't be on the forum cos he always blanks me?? Followed another black GTI down to the A1 the other night. Turned on to the A603 from Copal Beds in front of me, had those LED rear lights... nice!! 1st time I seen one going my way but it was pissin it down - No fun!

Oh and I did a Red Rocco earlier on the way up to A1 Blackcat.   

This is sad.... but fun!

Really nice blue Golf R in darlington, spotted a few times.

There's a nice white one in my local dealer which is very very tempting but must resist. :wink:

Had a nice result earlier, Found myself quicker then an R36 passat took a look when i got home they run near enough 300bhp, Quite a result for my golf i thought
