wheel refurb

Hi guys i know this has probably been covered several times before but i want to refurb my wheels and just dont know what grade sandpaper i should be starting on and finishing on also can you just use normal body filler or do you have to use alloy wheel filler if theres such thing

any advise would be greatly appreciated thanks
