i would imagine tar spots...

AG tar remover is as good as anything to get your hands on quickly.. rub lightly using a cotton cloth/MF and then give it a wash afterwards

I'm afraid that you are all wrong, the black spots that get on your paintwork are in fact Pterodactyl droppings  :evil:

Honestly guys, tar spots are a bar steward they get everywhere. Before I got myself some AS Tardis (which might I add is unbelieveably good) I had little tiny black tar spots in all places on the car even on the roof, on a white car they are easy to spot, but also very simple to remove.
