hi all right i got a 8v golf gti 95 the bit of the exhaust after the back box the square part what is the correct name for it mines got a hole in so going to search around am i looking for center piece of exhaust ? thanks in advance dubbers

Hi.. I believe it's known as the pancake' section.. there's a more technical name for it like the mid rear muffler or something i'm sure.. just happens that i had to replace my pancake' yesterday.. hence the info..

my back box got a tiny hole in it but im gonna use exhaust filler until i can afford for a change...

thanks mine has rusted off where the pipe joins stuck a bit off gum round it but i wanna get it fixed
