I am so bad at finding my way around nowadays, age thing and impatience, I need one probably. However, the main reason are the looks! There, I said it!

This will crease you up: Many years ago I had a fight with my then wife and rushed out of the house in fury and to drive to friends in Oxford. I ended up in Sthingyhorpe (!), broke down due to an empty tank and got bogged down in 2-3 feet of snow, with little or no money and felt very stupid. I had to find a phone box to call the AA and her for money and help. Those were the days! :embarassed:

I was 300 miles out!

Ah, rattles!
I wasnt here for a couple of months. I come back and see rattles :)
Some things never change.

The outside temp is a big factor for rattles. Everything's expanding and moving.
I've had number of problems back in September, all fixed by VW. There is something coming from the boot but I will get it in the end.
The other thing is the roads quality or rather lack of it. Potholes are not good for rattles. I takes sometimes one big bump to get some rattling parts going.

Take it to the dealer, have it fixed. They sold you the car, they have to fix it. I've gone through this and it works.
Golf GTI VI DSG - died on the road, resurrected, came back as zombi, sold
R - rising blue, 5-door, DSG, ACC, something something...
