Can you not clean the metal prongs? this worked on my Seat 1.8T. Bottle is only £15 but every little helps!

Have you reset the engine light to see if it comes back?

right just went for a litte drive.. and the light neva came on then it did after like 10 minutes .. then went back off.. then back on .. back off.. you get the idea  :grin: its not consitantly on.. and looking at the gunk in my bottle i would say rich is right and better of getting a new bottle ..

i will unplug the sensor tomorow too see if that makes any difference

how do i reset the engine light?? iv put it on vag com no fault codes came up  :undecided:

lol i like that thinking lol tps tomorow it is... wont damage anything the light being on will it as i know the car is getting coolant as its all circulating?? soz wid d noob questions.. as got sooo many goodies ordered for the mk4 but now gettin nibbly probs  :sad:

changed my bottle and all has been well  :grin: thanks a lot for help guys esp rich  :wink:

also got some g12 plus plus in there  :cool:

get the bottle off ebay £8 ,very cheap i have one and its fine :smug:
AGU 1.8T. Mods done: R32 front bumper, turborev smic, ngk platinum spark plugs, uprated pancake pipe, demon motorsport boost hoses, forge 007 dv, forge engine cover, r-tec stage 1 map ,home made cold airfilter ,run on 98 ron fuel and castrol edge 0w 40 oil. Advanti racing alloys.
