got my boost gauge and its boosting at 6 psi max not sure if its right

The peak "specified" boost (what the ECU is requesting) is 8.7psi for all 1.8T motor variants, except for AWP motors (11.7psi). Your peak "actual" boost will always differ from your peak "specified" boost by a small margin.

cool just thought mine was inder boosting, only been in 3rd gear when i checked but my mate thought it was 12 psi and so did i but if you say its ok thats fine with me
