right bought car with tow bar but since birthday present was a body kit well all but rear valance i needed the thing off and was planning on just colour coding the standard rear valance lol( soon it will be clear why i laughed)
so tried last week get it off but no joy also burst halfords rachet (3rd bloody one) . soaked it in release freeze stuff and got lend of torque 1/2 inch rachet it worked eventually, off it came just head under, not knowing how it connected to the frame saw that it rusted pretty bad on either side where it attached.
now do i pay to get it taken off as i dont hav time or space to try get it off grrrrrr well i dont bloody want too. or do i grind the bar that is left hanging down off???
lol funny part as the rear valance i got off to give to the local shop to spray has part cut out lol yeah didn't even think of the after effect of no tow bar ie big hole.
so buy another valance and get that srpayed is the only way forward i reackon but......
pay to take off or grind it?
?? as now seen them go for 70 quid on fleebay(minus time to take off hmmmm what to do)
