u just need to adjust the control pressure. u do this by adjusting the warm up regulator
im sure you've heard about the warm up regulator modification that Stealth do that everybody harps on about??
well basically you just drill a hole in the brass cap on the back of the warm up regulator. this allows access to a screw that allows you to adjust the control pressure.
ive had it done on mine. and u can notice a difference when u drop the control pressure. VW workshop manual says the control pressure should be between 3.4 & 3.8 bar. we tested mine at 3.4 & 3.8. at 3.4 the car feels far more responsive and pulls harder
you can also shim the metering head in order to increase actual system pressure, but it turn this raises the control pressure, so you need to re-adjust this after fiddling with system pressure.
system & control pressure adjustment is all that is needed on your car. u just need to find somebody local to you who knows how to adjust it correctly.
also, that link is no good for you. its for KE-jetronic. u are running k-jet. euro 16v's never got KE-jet fuel managment
