Well I've never seen such a shoddy technique! For a start she's using a brush (probably full of debris from the last taxi that used the car wash), that shampoo in those places definitely isn't ph neutral and will strip any wax off, and she's dragging the brush over the diamond cut wheel face AND THEN over the body work. START AT THE TOP AND WORK YOUR WAY DOWN WOMAN!!! No brushes, separate wash mitts for wheels and lower body, it's just one detailing error after another!
And I think a local health and safety officer would have something to about the lack of footwear and correct attire!
