Paint repair, dinks and scratches

Hi all,

Does anyone know 'ROUGHLY' how much it would be to get some light scratches, bubbling edges, lil spot of rust and a couple of dinks (the size of a thumb nail) in the front right wing - repaired?

I plan on getting a proper quote, but I just want to be prepared with a figure.

Not sure about how much the repairs will cost, but I'm guessing replacing the wing might be even cheaper, if there's too much stuff to repair.
