Fitting Lowering Springs- How to?

Just wondering if anyone has a how to guide for fitting lowering springs?

I've had a search but cant find anything(sorry)

This might help, same sort of thing just in number 14 you replace the original springs with the new springs and refit them -

Just had a flick though that, its a pretty good guide, mods could we get it stickied??
MK4 GTI T AGU, REVO Remap, BMC carbon box, Miltek cat back, Forge diverter valve, THS FR3 engine/Gbox mounts, Some random alloys, lowered on coilovers.
192bhp 212lbft torque.
