Do I tell my insurance that i had a heart attack ? and will I have to pay more money on my policy this year and next time i renew the policy ? I don't need to tell dvla about the heart attack , have been told by doctors that i should not drive for 4 weeks.. Allan

you only need tell them of dvla notified illness i.e insulin dependant diabetes or jf you have had laser eye treatment then they put you on a restricted licence, i am only allowed to drive cars and car based vans and have to re-apply every 3 yrs hope this helps
