The mounts are on eBay. The cross member is easy enough to get from a car that is being broken.

Cheers dude

Had a bit of a leak up at ace cafe last night. Managed to pop the main high pressure hose off the power steering pump. Fixed it on the side of the road fortunately.

And today; il let the pictures do the talking. Il take some finished product ones when i have some light tomorrow.

il let you know mate hah. It will be a case of waiting for a scorching hot day and see if any of it starts to sag.
it all went on great, but whether it will stay that well stuck to the roof is another thing.

I actually used a combination of glues. Just a normal spray adhesive (normally for sticking carpet down on speaker builds) on the nice large flat surfaces. Then the contact adhesive on the bits where the suede sat in groves/needed to be stretched slightly.

Cool. Im tempted to trim mine just like that. Looking at using a thin layer of fibre glass resin as I know it holds well in heat.

Its not the most photogenic stuff in the world it turns out. lol  In the flesh its a lot nicer. I need to ebay a suede brush also to get it all looking consistent.
My SLR lens has literaly just packed up so not the best shots in the world. the focus ring is stuck...

I still have the sun visors to do. I think il get my mum at them with a sewing machine!

Here are a few quick snaps
