Nology silver spark plugs.  £40 for 4 of them.  Expensive, but silver is a better conductor, Nick from R-Tech recommends them.  Alleged 8bhp increase!

They put some in Ben's Golf, did a before and after RR test, and gained 8bhp.  I've got them in mine.

Hehe, can't really tell any different.  I put them in the morning of the first R-Tech rolling road day last year, so had them in about a year or so now.

I was servicing the car anyway and thought why not get some really high quality plugs.  It'll be years before I need more given the low mileage I do!

Speak to Nick.  If you're not convinced then go with the Bosch plugs.  Any quality plugs will be great, I just went with them because I heard they were good.
