Back in the day (when Autogylm was THE products to use and seen as a step up from Turtle) I wouldn't have used a sponge or applied and removed polish with a circular motion! I had no idea what wax was then either! I thought spraying Black to Black on the dash was a good thing.

Good question ! I would have bought more wisely having a better understanding of which products I feel are best at certain jobs, I wouldn’t have been sucked in by marketing busllsh!t and brands that are completely over hyped by people with a vested interest and end up being long on promise but short on results. I’d also be willing to take on more myself after realising that I can get results I’d be more than happy with without having to pay a “pro” every time I have a problem. Lastly I would discount the advice of anyone who likes to state opinions as if they were facts, horses for courses and all that

As Guy said, bin the sponge and chamois !

id also agree with the sponge and chammy ditching, how they've lasted so long on the market i dont know.
ive never really been sucked into hype i just judge a product/s on how i find them!! if they work for me thats good enuff. never got sucked into the whole Autoglym hype and have never owned any of there products, coming from a valeting/detailing background ive always used products that work

To be fair i`ve used AG products over the years and they have been fine you cant expect them to be as good as a product that costs 3 times as much.AG srp and AG gold sealant are very good products imo
Golfgti build quality is average at best.

Me to mate, I've got a few AG products and there may be better products out there but I'm happy with the results and I'll be using every drop before I splash out my hard earned on something else
