if i get a set of 45mm lockign bolts  to use on 15mm spacers rear and 10mm spacers front is it possible to saw down the front spacers to around 38mm to fit ?

erm not really a good idea  spacers are a machined piece of material made to a high tolerence the only way and correct way would be to have this done on a lathe by an engineering firm **reading your post i think you mean cut your locking bolts** if so then yes

also is it possible to use 40mm bolts with 15 mm spacer and 10mm spacers without cuttign down? u only need 6 full turns for secure bolt ?

tbh not really std bolt length is 28mm so with a 15mm spacer thats 43mm ideally a 45mm bolt  you can use the 40's with the 10mm spacers tho 28+10 is 38mm

hmmn any links to 43mm lockin nuts on the net and then ill just cut about 5mm off the fronts to suit the front wheels

do u not think its going to be very very difficult and awkward to cut 3mm off a bolt to make them fit  the fronts?

had to cut mine down as they were to long, used vice and hacksaw on mine.

The 2 or 3mm won't make any difference, people fit 3mm spacers to the fronts without extended bolts and have no issues so it would be the same as you are thinking of for the rear.

The extra 2 or 3mm on the fronts with 10mm spacers shouldn't catch on anythng either

gone through all this on one of my posts fella have a search back for hubcentric spacers and there is a link to a very good website that does the bolts at a good price thats where i got mine from
