looks good ,so is it a AGU................the fluttering noise is your diverter vavle ,you need to get a new one there only cheap if you get standard one ...but if your getting a remap go for a forge 007 diverter valve...

AGU 1.8T. Mods done: R32 front bumper, turborev smic, ngk platinum spark plugs, uprated pancake pipe, demon motorsport boost hoses, forge 007 dv, forge engine cover, r-tec stage 1 map ,home made cold airfilter ,run on 98 ron fuel and castrol edge 0w 40 oil. Advanti racing alloys.

Best bet is to get the car on vagcom to check to see if there are any faults and take it from there. Whereabouts in S London are you?

I have never asked the dealer to run vagcom on my car before, so not sure if they charge. No doubt they would do though.

Their is a list of vag com users on here somewhere. Have a look through the list and see if their is anyone near you who has vagcom and willing to help.

i got more of a spooling noise when i fitted my tip even with the standard airbox smoothed out

whit the throttle body off and give it a clean in there that might help it out

VW dealers will charge to scan your car, cost me £45 (1/2 hours labour)
