Right well i picked up my mk2 gti on sunday for £130 having all intention's of this being a project.
A non runner and a "few rust patche's" turned out that the Crankshaft pully had gone, i had a go at getting the old one out but that was a big big big no go go and was pointless.. so iv decided, make a amazing shell and rebuild which spare ££ and time. And hopefully a 1.8 turbo or VR6 conversion.
