mk4 valances
« on: 23 March 2010, 21:12 »
recently got my golf and well there is no front end valance and the back one looks crap (but there is one there so not as bad as front )

anyway can someone suggest/link to somewhere where i can get a front valance?
dont really have much money so cheap as possible please

also if there is a rear valance to match the front then a link to that would be great as will look crap if odd

thanks a lot

alright m8 it depends how much u got to spend, there loads on flee bay as little as 25 qid del for front but as i'm learning some materials are not very good such as fiberglass valances as to quote some advice i was given " tend to chip and shatter easily"

would rather spend a tad more and get better quality ones but dont really have all that much cash so around the 100 mark would be nice (for front and back that is)

cheers

p.s. bobbarley, 100 is a bit too expensive for just the front

EDIT:
just noticed the rear valance has a slot for exhaust pipe...which i dont have and wont have for a long time (good year i would have thought)
so is there the same valance just without the exhaust slot...or do you rekon it would look ok without the exhaust there :undecided:
