Evil toad!

I've seen them in person and they are really very bright red - almost pink. Certainly a lot brighter than the picture above would have you believe.

But will they look better on a red car than the darker ones?
Your opinion, please.

In this photo of the 'pink' LEDs on a red GTI, the camera is shooting against a bright white background (snow). This makes the subject (the lights) appear darker than they really are.



I don't think they will ever look as nice as the darker R blocks, irrespective of the colour of the paintwork. But maybe I have acquired continental tastes: the English tend to try to match colours up, whereas the Continentals go for contrast.

In Snoops 1st picture they do have a pinkish colour which does look horrible, but in the 2nd picture which is a side view and at a distance, they look sort of ok.
