Hi,

did all 2001 gtis come with kos3? y reg. if so, will it be a 180bhp or 150bhp?

my gf is looking at one tomorrow.

I know my 2000 is a agu.

Engine code needs to be AUM and it should be fitted with a KO3s

It will be 150bhp model; 180bhp's weren't introduced until late 2002 with the introduction of the Anniversary model  :nerd:

Scrap that and get an AGU. I know a lovely one for sale  :laugh:

the thing is, she likes mine (colour (indigo blue) and the fact it is a 5 door) and i like this one because its a 3 door and the british green colour and plus the fact it has a kos3 lol!

im tempted to sell mine to her and buy this (knowing my luck though it will be full of problems)

true! if only i had the funds for the mk5  :cry:

I'v done most of common things on mine now, so i think it will be pretty dumb to change it to another golf just to do it all again lol!

the bodywork could do with a tidy up though next....... and then i can finally get a remap lol
