I was so fecked off about my dads's other halfs one. she used to know a bloke that took care of it that suddenly moved away, the pictures of it from before her and my dad met were showroom. failed MOT on minor stuff, didn't know what to do so parked on grass under a tree and left it to the point where you could see the speakers from the outside!
She kept fooling herself that it was still worth loads of money, in my eyes the only thing that was worth saving was the motor, 7 years of never being run I got it going in 10 minutes and still sounded beastly. she had to let it go for next to nothing, if it was in a better state I would have had it off her. what a waste.
