computer not working

the screen in between the dials hasnt worked since owning the car any ideas what may be wrong? only the icons come up when key's turned.

Was it ever fitted with it?

Early models didn't have it  :smiley:

presume so as its got a fairly big display, its 1999 model

Do you have a button on the end of your wiper stalk?

mines also a 1999 and the large display doesnt work altho the little display below the rev counter works so maybe they wasnt fitted untill a later date car?
