What's a TBE?

So EGR turned off so it no longer works so it's in effect dormant now, so why the EGR delete?

Sorry if i'm being stupid I just don't get the EGR delete if the map has already sort of deleted it. You get where i'm coming from?

E = Exhaust - i think you can fill in the rest

Your EGR will be full of crud therefore the actual diameter of it will be reduced.  Also the EGR delete has a greater internal diameter so therefore more air flows through the system.  More air = more power

Ok so if i get the Allard does the car take much longer to warm up? (because of the lack of warm air being re-fed). Mine seems to take too long for my liking as it is lol.

Not noticed any adverse effect.  I'd change your thermostat if you're concerned

they do make one's for the 110bhp but make sure you ring and ask them as its a slightly different size to the 130 / 150's

It's not really - its part of the turbo pipework so no fuel flows through it

I thought the allard was about £50 I just found some on the bay for like £89.99, is that right?

What is the common going rate for an allard.

Well thanks guys some nice advice. Out of curiosity, is 15 minutes driving normal before the engine reaches running temp?

Not really - even in the depths of winter mine was up to temperature within 10 minutes.  Is that around town or on to motorways?
